Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing via fax (703-790-2672) or email to the ICVM Office (mscarbrough@ burkinc.com). Cancellation notices received by May 1 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after May 1.
